The above values are given for +23 ºC and 50% relative humidity.

Pre-Application Preparation
Make sure that the application surface is cured and solid.
The surface to be applied should be free from paint, oil, dust, etc. must be cleaned from materials.
Plasters that do not adhere well on the application surface should be removed, and any defects should be corrected with Tamires repair mortars.
Active water leaks should be filled with suitable products.
The corners and edges should be chamfered with a radius of at least 4 cm.
The application surface should be wetted and wait until it becomes wet-dry.
If the coating material loses its water immediately and acquires a matt appearance during the application, it is understood that the surface is not wetted sufficiently or that it dries quickly.
In such cases, when the weather is hot or the material is exposed to the wind, up to 10% of the B component can be added to the mixed material only for the first layer.

Mixing Ratio
Component A: 25 Kg.
Component B: 8 Kg.

Application
8 kg drums are added to 25 kg cement-based powder component and mixed with a low-speed mixer until the lumps are completely removed. For trowel-like application, mix the liquid component 10-20% less.
3-5 minutes for the completion of the chemical reaction. kept waiting.
It is mixed again before it is used.
The homogeneous mortar is applied with a brush, roller or trowel.
Mix the prepared mortar for 30-60 minutes at the latest. Consume within.
The prepared mixture is applied in 2 or 3 layers with the help of a brush and roller.
Brush application direction in each layer should be perpendicular to each other.
Wait approximately 5 hours between coats in 2 coats application with a brush or roller.
Waiting time between coats may vary depending on ambient conditions.
In practice, wet film thickness should not exceed 2 mm in a single layer.
The application should be made at least in 2 layers.
Round the corner joints in the application area and reinforce the mortar with a net.
In order to meet the tensile stresses on the moving floors with the risk of cracking and to create a more flexible waterproofing layer, a mesh can be placed between the application as a layer.
Working and reaction times of cement and acrylic based systems are affected by the environment and ground temperature and relative humidity in the air.
Reaction slows down at low temperatures, which increases pot life and working time.
High temperatures accelerate the reaction and the times stated above decrease accordingly.
For the material to complete its curing, the ambient and ground temperature should not fall below the allowed minimum temperature.
Sumax UV applied at +23 ºC gains mechanical strength after 2 days, becomes waterproof after 7 days and reaches final strength after 14 days.
Later, you can cover it with coating material such as screed, ceramic, tile.

Warnings
Avoid application at temperatures below + 5ºC and above + 25ºC.
Newly completed applications should be protected against adverse weather effects such as direct sunlight, excessive air flow, high air temperature (above + 35ºC), rain and frost in the first days.
Avoid direct contact with water within the first 24 hours of the completed application.
Do not add any additives to the powder mortar other than its own liquid component.
Never add powder and water to the expired or crusted mortar in the container.
Wash all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Consumption
First Layer Consumption: 1.5-2.0 kg / m² (for 1 mm thickness)
Second Layer Consumption: 1.5-2.0 kg / m² (for 1 mm thickness)
Third Layer Consumption: 1.0-1.5 kg / m² (for 1 mm thickness)
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.

Packing
A Powder Component: 25 kg kraft bag.
B Liquid Component: 8 kg plastic drum.

Storage and Shelf Life
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short term storage, maximum 3 palettes should be placed on top of each other and the shipment should be made on a first in, first out system.
Palettes should not be stacked on top of each other during long term storage.
It is 12 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
Liquid Component can freeze at temperatures below 0ºC.
Opened packages should be stored under appropriate storage conditions and used within one week.
