Features:
It is a new technology water-based impregnation material.
Unlike solvent-based conventional water-repellent materials, it does not have any harmful effects on human and environmental health due to its water-based nature.
Since it does not contain solvent, it can be used safely indoors in wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.
It penetrates deeply into the applied surface, prevents water from entering, and protects it from the corrosive effect of water.
It keeps the surface dry and clean by pushing the water on the applied surfaces and prevents it from getting dirty.
It increases the resistance of the applied surface against external factors.
It penetrates the surface very well, does not form a layer on the surface, does not change the natural appearance of the surface.
It does not leave a sticky surface.
It does not prevent the surface from breathing.
It reduces the harmful effect of freezing-thawing.
It is alkali and UV resistant.
It reduces heat loss by keeping the applied walls dry.

Pre-Application Preparation:
Keep the application surface free from dust, oil, paint, etc. Make sure that it is clear of anti-stick materials and that there are no blisters.
Wide cracks must be repaired and dried before application.
All adjacent surfaces that will not be applied must be protected.
Application:
Sumax SB must be shaken before applying.
Sumax SB is ready to use and should be applied with a brush or roller in at least two layers.
It can be applied with a spray machine on large surfaces.
As soon as the material is absorbed by the surface, the surface begins to gain water repellency.
The second coat must be applied before the first coat dries completely.
In joint applications;
Before application, damaged joints should be repaired and joint fillers should be renewed. After the application, any material that smeared on bright surfaces should be wiped off with a wet cloth.
Warnings:
Avoid application at temperatures below + 5 ° C and above + 35 ° C.
Avoid application in frozen areas, where there is a risk of freezing within 24 hours or in areas open to direct sunlight and wind.
The applied material should be protected from rain and frost for the first 24 hours.
Sumax SB is not applied on paint, under the ground and under pressurized water, on joint fillers filled with gypsum or gypsum-based material, on gypsum plaster, on wet and damp surfaces.
Consumption: 0.2-0.5 kg / m² (may vary depending on the absorbency of the surface)
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.

Storage and Shelf Life:
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost.
It is 12 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
