READY TO USE, SILICONE JOINT FILLER
Product Description:
Acrylic resin based, resistant to mold and fungus growth, flexible, ready-to-use, silicone joint filling material.
Areas of Use:
Indoor and outdoor,
On horizontal and vertical surfaces,
In wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens,
In the coating of blackened, worn and poured old joints,
It is used to fill the joint gaps of 1-5 mm in coating materials such as ceramic, tile, glass mosaic, marble and granite.
It can also be used for bonding small sized ceramics.
It is not used in areas with constant water contact such as swimming pools.

Pre-Application Preparation:
Before the application, the underlying adhesive must be cured.
The joint gaps must be free from residues that prevent adhesion and the surface must be free from dust and clean.
Application:
The beak end at the end of the tube should be passed over the joint surface and the tube should be applied by squeezing. After the application, Derzdol should be rubbed off the joints with a special spatula so that it does not leave residue, and the remaining parts should be cleaned with a damp sponge within the first 30-60 minutes before they dry completely. Joint depth should be maximum 10 mm. In applications made on surfaces with greater depths, the joint may collapse. In this case, after the surface dries, a second application of derzdol is required. The working time is 5-15 minutes and the time to walk on it is 4 hours. Depending on the humidity and temperature of the environment, it gains water resistance 24-36 hours after the application.
Warnings:
During the application of Derzdol silicone joint filler, make sure that the surface and air temperature is between + 5ºC and + 30C.
After the application, the tools used should be cleaned with water.
Consumption: 50-100 mt / kg
depends on joint width and filling thickness.

Storage and Shelf Life:
It should be stored in a dry environment between + 5ºC and + 25ºC in its unopened original package and with its cover closed. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. The expiry date is 2 years from the date of manufacture. The date of manufacture is on the top of the packaging.
