Pre-Application Preparation:
The adhesive must be cured prior to grouting.
Joint gaps should be completely free of residues that will prevent adhesion.
Joints should be scraped to the depth of the coating before application.
When using highly absorbent coating materials, when applying in hot and windy weather, the joints should be moistened with clean water.

Application
20 kg of Alfuga Brick, Brick Joint Filler should be slowly poured into 4,0-5,0 lt of water and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mixing should be done with a low speed mixer. Any additives not specified in the application instructions should not be added. Adding more or less water than specified may cause cracking, dusting and color defects. The prepared mortar should be rested for 5-10 minutes to mature. It should be mixed again for 1-2 minutes before starting the application.
Filling wall joints:
The prepared mixture is transferred to the grouting gun and the joints are filled with a constant advance speed and pressure as much as possible. Coating materials with grout should be smoothed with a rubber tipped spatula. After the joint filling mortar has dried sufficiently, the overflowing parts should be cleaned with the help of a wet sponge.
Filling floor joints:
The prepared mixture is filled into the floor joints with a grouting gun and a plastic trowel, and gaps are prevented by pulling crosswise into the joints. After the joint filling mortar has dried sufficiently, the overflowing parts should be cleaned with the help of a wet sponge.
In grouting applications on absorbent stones such as terracotta, it is recommended to use a grouting gun to prevent the stone surface from staining, not to overflow the grouting mortar and to clean the overflowing parts before drying.

Warnings:
In order to obtain a homogeneous color in colored joint fillers, care should be taken to always use the same water mixing ratio and products with the same manufacturing number should be used on interconnected surfaces.
Expired or crusted mortar in the container should be discarded. Hands and application tools should be washed with plenty of water after application. When Alfuga Brick is applied in very hot, dry and windy conditions, it is recommended to sprinkle water on it a few hours after the application to improve the final performance.

Consumption: Average 3-4 kg / m² / mm
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.

Packing: 20 kg craft bag.

Storage and Shelf Life
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short term storage, maximum 3 palettes should be placed on top of each other and the shipment should be made on a first in, first out system. Palettes should not be stacked on top of each other during long term storage. Suitable storage conditions are 12 months from the date of production. Opened packages should be stored under appropriate storage conditions and used within one week.
