Pre-Application Ppreparation:
Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is solid, dry, carrier, dust-free and clean, as well as in balance.
The surface should be thoroughly cleaned of all kinds of oil, grease, rust and paraffin residues that will weaken adherence and there should be no loose particles on the surface.

Application
Alfix PA 200 must be mixed well before use to facilitate its spreading.
The adhesive is applied to the surface with the flat side of the trowel, on an area large enough to be covered within 20 minutes, which is the open waiting period.
Alfix PA 200 is pulled in one direction to obtain uniform thickness with a notched trowel determined according to the size of the ceramic to be laid and the smoothness of the surface to be applied.
It should be ensured that the adhesive touches at least 80% of the back side of the coating materials.
Suitable ceramics, tiles, etc. The application is completed by leaving the recommended joint gap according to the size of the coating material.
For filling the selected joint gaps, a suitable Alfuga joint filler should be used.
Filling the joints should be started approximately 3-4 days after the coating material application.
Thermal insulation and sound insulation boards, decorative ceiling coverings, etc. Point or linear application should be made in the application of bonding decorative plates.

Warnings
Avoid application at temperatures below + 5ºC and above + 35ºC.
If the application surface temperature is below + 10ºC and above + 25ºC, suitable temperatures should be expected.
It should not be applied in areas with excessive heat and air flow.
The spread thickness of Alfix PA 200 should not exceed 3 mm.
Alfix PA 200 cannot be used for surface correction and filling.
It is recommended to use cement-based adhesive mortars in floor applications.
Alfix PA 200 should not be used outdoors, on floor coverings and places exposed to continuous water (swimming pool, water tank, etc.).
Pressing the adhesive on the applied surface with a finger and if the adhesive sticks to the fingers, application can be continued. If the fingers are clean, it means that the application time of the adhesive has passed. In this case, the adhesive should be scraped off the surface and new adhesive should be applied.
Wash all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Consumption: 3-5 kg/m²
The ceramic comb varies according to the tooth size.
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.
