Pre-Application Preparation
Must be taken care that the application surface is cured and solid.
The application surface should be free from materials such as dust, oil, paint that prevent adhesion.
Sub-surfaces such as cracked plasters and weak surfaces that are not strong enough to carry the application should be cleaned from the application surface.
The floors that require repair should be repaired with special repair mortars at least 3-4 days before the adhesive is applied.
The application surface should be wetted and care should be taken to keep it moist.
If the surface is very absorbent, it is recommended to use a primer on the surface.

Application
25 kg of Alfix X11, Tile-Ceramic Adhesive Mortar is poured into a container filled with approximately 6.5-8.0 liters of water and mixed with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained. During the mixture, any additives not specified in the application instructions should not be added.
The prepared mortar is 5-10 minutes. let it rest for maturation and again 1-2 minutes. It should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous. In-pot mixture should be consumed within 1-2 hours.
The prepared mortar is spread on the surface with a notched trowel with the appropriate tooth size. On the combed mortar, coating materials such as tiles-ceramics are applied for 20-30 minutes. (This period may vary depending on the ambient conditions of the application).
Adhesion should not be done on the expired mortar, the mortar should be scraped off the surface, and a new mortar should be applied again.
With the help of a rubber hammer, the coating materials are tamped and well placed and adhered. In outdoor applications, it can be mixed with Allmax Latex to provide a stronger adhesion.
Grouting should be done after 8 hours on the wall and 1 day on the floor.

Warnings
Avoid application at temperatures below + 5ºC and above + 35ºC.
Newly completed applications should be protected against adverse weather effects such as direct sunlight, excessive air flow, high air temperature (above + 35ºC), rain and frost in the first days. Avoid direct contact with water within the first 24 hours of the completed application. Never add powder and water to the expired or crusted mortar in the container, discard the mortar. Wash all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Consumption: Average 3-5 kg / m²
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before application.
