ACRYLIC BASED PRIMER FOR ABSORBENT SURFACES

Product Description:
Acrylic based primer used to reduce absorbency on highly absorbent cement and gypsum based surfaces and to ensure adhesion of loose fillers and powders on the surface.

Public Works Pos No: 04.466/2

Areas of Use:
Indoor and outdoor,
In horizontal and vertical applications,
It is used to reduce the absorbency of absorbent surfaces such as gypsum, gypsum board, lime plaster, aerated concrete, concrete, plaster, chipboard, to prevent the rapid loss of water and shedding of the coating over time and to increase the adhesion strength.
It is applied before applications such as tile-ceramic coating, insulation and paint to prevent dusting and increase efficiency.

Features:
It can be applied with a brush or roller.
It increases the efficiency by reducing the absorbency of the surfaces.
Provides long working time for cement and gypsum based plasters and similar products.
It prevents cracking caused by rapid water loss in cement-based coatings applied to absorbent surfaces.
It provides better adhesion of the adhesive to the surface by preventing dusting in ceramic bonding applications.
Technical Specifications:

Pre-Application Preparation
Care should be taken that the application surface has cured.
The application surface must be cleared of dust, oil, paint, curing material, detergent, mold oils and anti-adhesion materials.

Application:
Make sure that the surface is solid and cured.
The surface should be free from factors that prevent adhesion.
Shake the product before use.
The product should be applied homogeneously to the application surface with a roller or brush, without adding any additives.
The product should be applied in 2 layers on very absorbent surfaces such as plaster, concrete, etc.
It should not be applied before the product dries. The drying time of the product is 45-60 minutes.

Warnings:
The temperature of the application surface should be minimum + 5 ° C and the surface should not receive precipitation.
Hands and application tools should be washed with plenty of water after application.
