SMOOTH SURFACE PRIMER
 
Product Description:
It is an acrylic polymer dispersion based, one component, ready-to-use, smooth surface primer with high adhesion power.

Areas of Use:
Smooth and shiny surfaces such as ceramic, marble, granite, plywood,
Solid painted surfaces (acrylic or alkyd based),
It is also used as a primer on absorbent surfaces such as gypsum, concrete, plaster, screed and wood.

Features:
It increases the adhesion strength by creating a rough surface for bonding ceramic on smooth and shiny floors.
It provides better adhesion of the ceramic adhesive to the surface by ensuring that the dusted parts on the surfaces adhere to the surface.
It is ready to use. It can be applied with a brush or roller.
It does not smell as it does not contain solvent and is diluted with water.
It does not harm human and environmental health.

Application Temperature: + 5ºC to + 35ºC
Drying Time: 45-60 minutes
The above values are given for +23 ºC and 50% relative humidity.

Pre-Application Preparation
Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is cured and solid.
Plaster, paint, glue, oil, cement residues on the surface should be completely removed.
The surface should be clean, dry, smooth and sound.

Application:
After the product is thoroughly mixed, it is applied with a brush or roller. Any contribution should not be added.
It is applied to the entire surface with a brush or roller in equal thickness.
It should be applied in 2 layers on very absorbent surfaces such as plaster, screed or concrete.
Drying time is approximately 60 minutes. Do not apply on it before it dries.

Warnings:
The temperature of the application surface should be minimum + 5 ° C and the surface should not receive precipitation.
In order to protect the surface adherence to be provided by Primerfix 101, care should be taken not to get dirty during the application.
Avoid application in areas that are constantly wet and under water.
Hands and application tools should be washed with plenty of water after application.

Consumption: 100-250 gr/m² (For one floor)
It varies depending on the application surface.

Packing: 1 kg. and 3.5 kg. plastic bucket

Storage and Shelf Life
Protect the liquid component from exposure to sunlight and frost between + 5ºC and + 35ºC.
Shelf life is 12 months in its original packaging in a suitable environment.
