Pre-Application Preparation
Care must be taken that the application surface is cured and solid.
The surface must be free from mold oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing materials.
Before the application, the repair of cracks and holes should be done with suitable repair mortars.
If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.
Measures should be taken against dusting on plastered surfaces.

Application
20 kg. Allmax Satin is poured into a container filled with approximately 6.5-7.5 liters of water and mixed with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained.
During the mixture, any additives not specified in the application instructions should not be added.
The prepared mortar is 5-10 minutes. Let it rest for maturity and again 1-2 minutes. It should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous.
The prepared mortar should be applied to the entire surface with a steel trowel in equal thickness.
After the application, the surface should be smoothed with a finishing trowel.
If more than one layer is to be applied, the second layer is applied as a thin layer and polished after the first layer has hardened. Total thickness should not exceed 3 mm. A net should be used in thicknesses to be exceeded.
After the application, the surface should be moistened for 2-3 days.
After the complete drying time, a fine sanding can be used to obtain a smooth surface.

Warnings
No foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added in the prepared mortar.
The expired mortar should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and used again.
Satin plaster application should be done at least 7 days after the plaster application.
It is recommended to apply at a temperature between + 5ºC and + 35ºC.
In windy weather, the mortar should be protected against rapid drying.
It should not be applied on frozen surfaces.
It is recommended not to apply under direct sunlight.
Do not go beyond the specified application surface and usage instructions.

Consumption: 1.00-1.50kg / m² (for 1 mm thickness) The consumption amount is theoretically calculated values in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.

Packing: 20 kg craft bag.

Storage and Shelf Life:
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short term storage, maximum 2 palettes should be placed on top of each other and the shipment should be made on a first in, first out system.
Palettes should not be stacked on top of each other during long term storage.
It is 12 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions. Opened packages should be stored under appropriate storage conditions and used within one week.
