LIGHT INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PLASTER

Product Description:
It is a cement-based light interior and exterior plaster prepared for mineral-based wall materials with high thermal insulation values (aerated concrete, etc.), which can be applied manually or by machine.

TS EN 998-1

Public Works Pos No: 04.475/A

Areas of Use:
Aerated concrete, pumice, brick, etc. It is applied to all mineral based walls.

Features:
It has low consumption and high product quality.
It is applied very easily and saves time.
It has high adhesion property.
It provides easy and fast application with the machine.
With its absolute water repellency, it is more resistant to water than traditional plasters.
Allows water vapor diffusion, allowing the building to breathe.
It is used as a single product for undercoat and top coat plaster.
Provides excellent protection for all weather conditions.
It shows high resistance to crack formation.
Thanks to its high elasticity, it is not affected by sudden tensions.
It has very high thermal insulation properties compared to traditional plasters.

Pre-Application Preparation
Make sure that the application surface is cured and solid.
The surface to be applied should be free from paint, oil, dust, etc. must be cleaned from materials.
Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with appropriate Allmax Repair Mortars.
Before the application, plaster starting and corner profiles should be fixed to the wall.
If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.

Application
The first layer of plaster is applied and leveled with a minimum 7 mm thick machine or stainless steel trowel.
Columns, beams, beams, etc. At the joints and places where there is a high risk of cracking, plaster reinforcement mesh is applied by overlapping 15 cm over the wall surfaces and 10 cm at the joints of the net and buried in the plaster.
In areas with door and window openings, mesh strips are placed diagonally at the corner points.
After 1-2 days of drying time, the lower layer of plaster is ready for the next process.
The last layer of plaster process is continued with a plaster thickness of 5 mm after the lower layer of plaster has dried.
When modern smooth surfaces with fine textures are aimed, Allmax LWP is smoothed and smoothed with circular movements with a sponge trowel after it has pulled itself.

Warnings
No foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added into the prepared mortar.
The surface applied in windy weather should be protected against rapid drying.
Plaster net should be used at different material joints and at points where movement is thought to be possible.
Paint application can be started after the second layer of plaster has hardened.

Consumption
6-7 kg / m² (For lower layer plaster)
3-4 kg / m² (for the last layer of decorative plaster)

The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.
Packing: 15 kg craft bags.

Storage and Shelf Life
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short term storage, maximum 3 palettes should be placed on top of each other and the shipment should be made on a first in, first out system. Palettes should not be stacked on top of each other during long term storage. It is 6 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
