Pre-Application Preparation
The surface must be free from mold oil, dust, paint and adherence reducing materials.
Necessary repairs should be made on old floors.
In applications to be made on concrete and existing screed, it is important to prime the surface and increase adhesion.

Application
25 kg. Allmax Concrete is poured into a container filled with approximately 2.5-3.25 liters of water and mixed with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained.
The prepared mortar is 3-5 minutes. It should be rested and then mixed again and used.
Fresh concrete should be applied as soon as possible after mixing and its segregation should be prevented while it is transported from the mixer to the application point.
The applied mortar can be spread and corrected with the help of a trowel or other necessary hand tools.
In screed applications;
The prepared mortar is laid on a 3-10 cm thick surface and leveled.
When the surface is hardened, it is smoothed by mechanical finishing.

Warnings
No foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added into the prepared mortar.
It is recommended to apply at temperatures between + 5ºC and + 35ºC.
In windy weather, the mortar should be protected against rapid drying.
It should not be applied on frozen surfaces.
Do not apply under direct sunlight.
In terms of the durability of the mortar, the surface should be watered at regular intervals within 7 days, 24 hours after the application, depending on the weather conditions.
For applications larger than 25 m², it is recommended to create dilatation at appropriate intervals.

Consumption: ~ 20 kg / m² for 1 cm thickness

The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.
