CEMENT BASED READY MACHINE PLASTER

Product Description:
It is an interior and exterior machine plaster, which is prepared by reinforcing with cement, natural minerals, chemical binders and perlite, has excellent water vapor permeability, durable and long lasting, high adherence, can be applied manually or by machine.

It is suitable for TS EN 998-1 standards.

Public Works Pos No: 04.475/A

Areas of Use:
Indoors and outdoors; It is applied to surfaces such as brick, aerated concrete, briquette wall, pumice, exposed concrete, ceiling.

Features:
It functions as a rough plaster with a single coat application.
It creates a solid ground with its high adhesion and resistance strength.
It provides easy and fast application with the machine.
With its water repellency, it is more resistant to water than traditional plasters.
Allows water vapor diffusion, allowing the building to breathe.
It is used as a sub-plaster for all kinds of fine plasters and decorative plasters.
It is used as a bottom or top coat plaster for mineral and organic based plasters.
It is used as a sub-plaster for tile-ceramic adhesives used in thin layers.
It can be used as a finishing coat for paint.
It has hydraulic binding feature.

Pre-Application Preparation:
Make sure that the application surface is cured and solid.
The surface to be applied should be free from paint, oil, dust, etc. must be cleaned from materials.
Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with suitable Allmax Repair Mortars.
If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.

Application
Allmax Serpo should be applied as pre-sprinkling at least 72 hours before the application on aerated concrete walls.
On concrete ceilings and walls, Allmax Latex should be mixed with Allmax Serpo and applied in pre-sprinkling consistency.
It is applied immediately after the surface dries.
It should be waited for at least 48 hours depending on the seasonal conditions in order for the sprinkled surface to dry sufficiently and form a strong infrastructure suitable for machine plaster.
Allmax Matic is applied in a single layer of 10-15 mm thickness on the spreader, which hardens sufficiently and increases the adherence to the surface.
Allmax Matic should be applied in two layers on surfaces that require plaster of 15 mm or more.
If the application is to be done manually and on surfaces that require an application thicker than 15 mm, the first layer application should be waited for approximately 3-4 days before starting the second layer application.
After this waiting period, the second layer of 10-15 mm thick can be applied by using plaster mesh when necessary.
After the last layer of plaster has been absorbed enough and has a plastic consistency (60 - 70 minutes later), it is checked again with a gauge. After the surface is hardened so that it cannot be leveled, it is smoothed with a spatula or steel trowel. The hardened and smoothed plaster surface is slightly wetted and trifilled with a sponge.
Trifilled surface 10-15 min. it is pressed again with a steel trowel and smoothed until it becomes smooth and shiny like glass. In the meantime, trifilling the surface more than necessary or pressing the trowel too much to polish the surface after the trifile may cause the coarse-grained sand in the plaster to spread to the surface, thus causing roughness on the surface.
7 days after the plaster application, the surface becomes suitable for painting.

Warnings:
No foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added into the prepared mortar.
Plastered surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight and heavy weather conditions in the first days, and when necessary, the plastered surfaces should be slightly wetted.
The surface applied in windy weather should be protected against rapid drying.
Plaster nets should be used at different material joints and at points where movement is thought to be possible.
For the durability of the product, the surface should be watered at regular intervals within 3 days after application.
Do not go beyond the specified application surface and usage instructions.
All kinds of coating and painting work to be applied on the plaster applied surface should be done at least 7 days after the plaster application is completed.
Surfaces that may be exposed to severe weather conditions are coated with breathable paints or mineral-based plasters applied up to 30 mm thickness on the exterior.

Consumption: 14-15 kg / m² (for 10 mm thickness) Consumption amount is theoretically calculated values in laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.

Packing: 25 kg craft bags.

Storage and Shelf Life
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short term storage, maximum 3 palettes should be placed on top of each other and the shipment should be made on a first in, first out system. Palettes should not be stacked on top of each other during long term storage. It is 6 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions. Opened packages should be stored under appropriate storage conditions and used within one week.
