Areas of Use:
In cases where the light frost effect will continue throughout the day,
After the application, in applications where there is a risk of frost during the night,
In situations where sudden temperature drop is likely,
In applications where high early strength is required,
Used when mold needs to be taken early.

Features:
Provides frost resistance, increases the strength of the mortar.
It provides fast reaching the values required for the strength of the mortar against frost. It does not contain chloride and does not damage the reinforcement.

Pre-Application Preparation: 
Take care that the application surface is cured and strengthened. The applied surface is free from paint, oil, dust, etc. must be cleaned from materials. The sand to be used in the mixture must be clean, the cement must be fresh and not spoiled.

Application
Allmax Antifreeze should be shaken well before use. The product should be mixed by adding to the mixing water required by the cement. Before starting the application, Allmax Antifreeze should be tested with the materials to be used in certain mixing ratios and the appropriate mixing ratio should be taken into consideration. Before use, suitability tests should be carried out. The prepared antifreeze mixture should be added at the end of the mixing process.   


Warnings
Allmax Antifreeze should never be mixed directly into the dry mixture. Before use, if antifreeze is frozen, it should be defrosted in a place with high ambient temperature and should not be contacted directly with fire. The properties of the product do not change at the end of dissolution. Mortar applications should be preferred during the hottest hours of the day. There should be no snow and ice in the molds. Wash all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
If Allmax Antifreeze is frozen, it should be thawed in a high temperature place, brought to positive value and mixed. The material should not come into direct contact with fire.

Consumption
The recommended amount is 2% of the cement weight. This ratio may vary between 1-5% depending on various factors such as the variety of materials used, ambient conditions, desired setting time. In order to get the desired performance values exactly, compatibility tests at different rates should be made by the applicator according to the application conditions and the local materials to be used.

Storage and Shelf Life
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost.
It is 12 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
Opened packages should be stored under appropriate storage conditions and used within one week.
