ADERANCE AND IMPERMEABILITY MORTAR ADDITIVE MATERIAL

Product Description:
It is a synthetic rubber-based additive that increases the performance and water impermeability of cement-based plasters and mortars.

Public Works Pos No: 04.613/1İ

Areas of Use:
In cement based mortars and plasters,
In adhesive and repair mortars,
In sprinkling mortars and floor screeds,
In wear resistant applications,
It is used as an additive to increase adherence and water impermeability in interior and exterior plasters of reinforced concrete silos, water tanks, pools, treatment plants.

Features:
It is ready to use, it can be diluted with water.
It increases the adhesion strength and flexibility of cement-based mortar it is added, and facilitates its application.
It increases the abrasion resistance of the mortar and prevents dusting in the screeds.
It increases the freeze-thaw resistance of the mortar.
Provides high performance waterproofing
Improves resistance to chemicals, salt water, oils.
By increasing the water holding capacity of the mortar, it prevents rapid drying and reduces shrinkage cracks.
Allmax Latex is compatible with all standard cement types.

Technical Specifications:
Structure of the Material: Modified acrylic dispersion
Appearance: White liquid
Application Temperature: + 5ºC to + 35ºC
The above values are given for +23 ºC and 50% relative humidity.

Pre-Application Preparation
Must be taken care to ensure that the surface is solid.
The application surface must be cleared of substances that reduce adherence such as oil, paint, detergent, grease, dirt, rust.

Application
It is recommended that mixing is done in a concrete mixer.
Pre-mixing should be done by putting the recommended filling and cement in the mixer according to the intended use.
Allmax Latex should be mixed with water in accordance with the water mixing ratios recommended for different usage purposes.
Then the liquid mixture should be added to the mixer and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
While applying plaster or screed, the adherence mortar previously applied to the surface must not be dried yet.

Warnings
Care should be taken to ensure that the grain size distribution of the aggregates is smooth, quality is high and washed.
More water should not be added to the mortar and the mortar should not be mixed more than necessary.
Do not use Allmax Latex in pure or diluted form as an adhesive layer.
Immediately after use, wash all tools and equipment with water.
