Product Description:
It is a ready-to-use mold release oil containing special additives used to easily separate plywood and wood-derived molds from concrete.

Areas of Use:
It is used as a mold release agent in all kinds of plywood and wood-derived formwork systems.

By reducing the adhesion between mold and concrete; It provides easy removal of the mold and decreases the cleaning of the mold.
It provides a smoother concrete surface by reducing the air bubbles on the concrete surface.
It helps to clean the molds and reduces the need for cleaning.

It does not leave any dirt or stains on the concrete.
It does not make a color difference in concrete.
It increases the life of the mold and saves on general expenses.
It provides a cleaner and much more economical solution compared to old-fashioned methods such as burnt oil.

Pre-Application Preparation
Before use, molds should be dry and clean, free of concrete and rust residues. The product is ready to use and does not require continuous mixing, but it is recommended to shake it a little before use.

Application
The application is made homogeneously on the mold surface with a brush, roller or spraying in one layer. For the product to achieve the best performance, it should be ensured that the product forms a thin film layer. 

Warnings
It is recommended to make preliminary trials before use.
Water should not be added to Oilmax PW1 before and during use.
Molds should be protected from rain for the first few hours following the application.

Consumption: 100-200 gr/m²

The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.

Packing: 30 kg of plastic drums

Storage and Shelf Life
It must be stored unopened in its original packaging. Shelf life is 12 months under appropriate storage conditions.
Oilmax PW1 must be protected from frost. In cases exposed to frost, it should be thawed and mixed very well before using at room temperature without contacting with fire.
