Product Description:
It is a synthetic (styrene) resin-based curing material that is applied on freshly poured concrete, provides optimum strength increase by keeping water within the concrete with the film layer it forms, and prevents superficial cracks and shrinkage cracks by preventing rapid drying.

It can be applied to all concrete surfaces, it creates a semi-matte surface on the applied floor.
It reduces shrinkage cracks on the surface caused by fast drying. Provides a harder and dust free surface.
When it is processed into fresh concrete, it does not leave a layer, peel off and dust.
It is perfectly compatible with cement, epoxy and polyurethane based coatings.
Provides more effective curing than paraffin based cures. Its application is simple, it reduces labor costs.

Application:
Curemax SC should be applied by homogeneously spraying or roller on freshly poured concrete. Curemax SC is applied to the surfaced surfaces of field, road and slab concretes and to the surfaces of molded concretes that have lost their shine after the molds have been removed.
Warnings:
Application of Curemax SC by spraying is recommended to obtain a uniform structure. Curemax SC should be applied with a roller in a thin layer. The material should be spread evenly and ponding should not be allowed.
Application of Curemax SC with a roller as a thin layer prevents foaming, if accidentally thick layer is applied, foam is formed, foam disappears after a while, and the surface should be smoothed again with a roller. In non-homogeneous applications, color differences can be seen on the surface and these differences will disappear within days following the application.
Although the duration of action of the applied Curemax SC varies depending on the film thickness, weather conditions, the degree of exposure to UV rays and the condition of the concrete surface, it is effective as long as the water required for the concrete remains in the structure.
Curemax SC contains solvent. It is dangerous to approach storage and application areas with fire. Storage and application areas should be ventilated.
Consumption:
Average consumption of Curemax SC is 0.16 kg / m².
In order to ensure effective curing in open air and windy environments, the second layer can be applied within 6 hours following the first coat application.
Coverage is reduced on inner surfaces under shade.
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.

Storage and Shelf Life:
It can be stored for 12 months in its unopened package, in a closed place not too hot. Shake it before use.
