Pre-Application Preparation:
Make sure that the application surface is cured and solid.
The surface to be applied should be free from paint, oil, dust etc. must be cleaned from materials.
Repair of cracks and holes before application should be done with suitable Allmax Repair Mortars.
If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.
Application:
Allmax Serpo should be applied as pre-sprinkling at least 72 hours before the application on aerated concrete walls.
On concrete ceilings and walls, Allmax Latex should be mixed with Allmax Serpo and applied in pre-sprinkling consistency.
It is applied immediately after the surface dries.
It should be waited for at least 48 hours depending on the seasonal conditions in order for the sprinkled surface to dry sufficiently and form a strong infrastructure suitable for application.
30 kg Allmax Alltec is poured into a container filled with approximately 5.0-6.0 liters of water and mixed with a low speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained. The prepared mortar is made with a plaster shovel or trowel.
The application should be made in 2 layers. The application thickness should be between 10 mm and 25 mm in one layer, if the thickness is more than 25 mm, the second layer is applied with a maximum thickness of 25 mm after the first layer is set. Then the surface is leveled. After this process, when the plaster hardens sufficiently, the plaster surface is trifilled and the surface is finished with a damp sponge. 7 days after the plaster application, the surface becomes suitable for painting.
In masonry application;
The prepared mortar is applied with a trowel on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Placed knitting materials are placed by ramming from the top and sides.
During the knitting process, the knitting materials combination of columns and curtains should be provided with Allmax Alltec.
Warnings:
No foreign material (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added into the prepared mortar.
Plastered surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight and heavy weather conditions in the first days, and when necessary, the plastered surfaces should be slightly wetted.
The surface applied in windy weather should be protected against rapid drying.
Plaster nets should be used at different material joints and at points where movement is thought to be possible.
For the durability of the product, the surface should be watered at regular intervals within 3 days after application.
Do not go beyond the specified application surface and usage instructions.
All kinds of coating and painting work to be applied on the plaster applied surface should be done at least 7 days after the plaster application is completed.
Surfaces that may be exposed to severe weather conditions are coated with breathable paints or mineral-based plasters applied up to 30 mm thickness on the exterior.
The surface of knitting materials must be clean.
Consumption:
In Plaster Application: 14-15 kg / m² (for 10 mm thickness)
In Masonry Application: 13-20 kg / m²
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.
