Pre-Application Preparation:
Must be taken care that the application surface is cured and solid.
The application surface should be free from materials such as dust, oil, paint that prevent adhesion.
Allmax thermal insulation plasters should be applied with a thickness of 4 mm, at least 72 hours (after complete drying).
Decorative plaster primer should be applied in thermal insulation systems before applying the decorative coating.
In applications other than the thermal insulation system, sub-surfaces such as cracked plasters and weak surfaces that are not strong enough to carry the application should be cleaned from the application surface.
The floors that require repair should be repaired with special repair mortars at least 3-4 days before the adhesive is applied.
In hot weather, the application surface should be wetted and care should be taken to keep it moist.
If the surface is very absorbent, it is recommended to use a primer on the surface.
Application:
Pour 25 kg of Alldeco C1 Decorative Plaster into a container filled with approximately 6.0-7.0 liters of water and mix it with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained.
During the mixture, any additives not specified in the application instructions should not be added.
The prepared mortar is 2-3 minutes. Let it rest for maturity and again 1-2 minutes. It should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous.
The mixture in the pot should be consumed within about 1 hour.
Decorative plaster should be applied to the surface with a steel trowel and spread over the entire surface in equal thickness.
Application thickness should be adjusted according to the largest aggregate.
Pattern can be given by making horizontal, vertical or circular movements according to the desired texture direction with a plastic trowel without shrinking the material applied to the application surface completely (shrinkage of the material varies depending on weather conditions). While patterning, the application should not be interrupted and the trowel surface should be scraped frequently.
After drying, it can be painted with an optional, solvent-free exterior paint.
Warnings:
It should be applied without interruption on wide facades and with sufficient personnel.
At the points that require a compulsory finish on the facade, the boundaries should be determined with a protective tape and the application should be made.
During the application of the final coatings, it should be prevented from drying quickly due to adverse weather conditions.
In order to prevent rapid and unhealthy drying, the plastered surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, heavy weather conditions such as strong wind, hail and frost.
In order to achieve the expected and desired long-term performance of the product, after the completion of the entire application, a coating suitable for the purpose and detail of the work as soon as possible (3-7 days depending on the drying time of the applied product (low temperature, high relative humidity prolongs the drying time). (paint etc.) application should be protected or covered.
Paint primer should be used in dark color paint applications. The entire coating surface should be painted in 2 layers in order to prevent applications that may cause a color tone difference.
Paint consumption may vary depending on the pattern. Color should be checked before application.
Consumption: 3.50-4.50 kg / m²
The amount of consumption is the values calculated theoretically in the laboratory environment; We recommend that consumption control sample application be made before the application.
Packing: 25 kg craft bags.
Storage and Shelf Life:
It should be stored in its unopened original package, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short term storage, maximum 3 palettes should be placed on top of each other and the shipment should be made on a first in, first out system.
Palettes should not be stacked on top of each other during long term storage.
It is 12 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
Opened packages should be stored under appropriate storage conditions and used within one week.
