Pre-Application Preparation:
Must be taken care that the application surface is cured and solid.
The application surface should be free from materials such as dust, oil, paint that prevent adhesion.
Sub-surfaces such as cracked plasters and weak surfaces that are not strong enough to carry the application should be cleaned from the application surface.
The floors that require repair should be repaired with special repair mortars at least 3-4 days before the adhesive is applied.
The application surface should be wetted and care should be taken to keep it moist.
If the surface is very absorbent, it is recommended to use a primer on the surface.
Application:
25 kg Alldeco M6 1.2 mm Decorative Plaster is poured into a container filled with approximately 6.0-7.0 liters of water and mixed with a low speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained.
During the mixture, any additives not specified in the application instructions should not be added.
The prepared mortar is 2-3 minutes. Let it rest for maturity and again 1-2 minutes. It should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous.
The mixture in the pot should be consumed within about 1 hour.
Decorative plaster should be applied to the surface with a steel trowel and spread over the entire surface in equal thickness.
Application thickness should be adjusted according to the largest aggregate.
Before the plaster dries, the plaster is patterned by making circular movements with a plastic trowel.
After drying, it can be painted with an optional, solvent-free exterior paint.
Warnings:
It should be applied without interruption on wide facades and with sufficient personnel.
At the points that require a compulsory finish on the facade, the borders should be determined with a protective tape and the application should be made.
During the application of the final coatings, it should be prevented from drying quickly due to adverse weather conditions.
In order to prevent rapid and unhealthy drying, the plastered surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, heavy weather conditions such as strong wind, hail and frost.
In order to achieve the expected and desired long-term performance of the product, after the completion of the entire application, as soon as possible (3-7 days depending on the drying time of the product applied), the application with a suitable coating (paint etc.) or it needs to be coated.
